Women's Coalition of St. Croix 35th Annual Women Race
The Women Race, WCSC's annual peace race through the streets of St. Croix, has been a special event to remember in our community for 35 years! Join us to celebrate this milestone and promote the end of violence for all of us.
Pre-register as an individual or get your girls together for a team (a minimum of five people)! We welcome mothers with strollers or baby wraps. Women and girls in wheelchairs are welcome to enter the Women Race. The Mary Mingus Perpetual Trophy will be presented to the team with the most participants. Overall winners, top age group finishers and the fastest team will all be recognized. The top five runners on each team determine results.
Our warm-up sets in honor of the 35th anniversary will be feature "Zumba Queens" Diana Asad and Alice Henry. Special entertainment will include Guardians of Culture Moko Jumbies and DJ Myron's music will keep the vibe lively!
